A complete makeover: Deck, Patio, Seating and Planters

During planning stages, it was clear that the customers wanted to change the overall use and feel of their garden. The grass in this garden needed to go, it made the space hard to use in wet weather and the upkeep was too much.

We discussed ways to make the slope in this garden into a feature. As a result we installed this step up into the decked area. Alternating planters and seating have been added along the fenceline. This joins the patio and decked areas nicely and provides big planters that are at a good height to garden easily.

Now that pots adorn the deck and once the planters are filled with greenery and flowers; we think that it will be a versatile and wonderful space to use all year round. We can’t wait to see it in full bloom!
